Yesterday Obama stated that he will be ending the "Don't ask, don't tell" ban. This is great news! For 16 years the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy has been discriminating gays and lesbians within the armed forces, but hopefully not for much longer. He has not set a date for when he plans on doing this; but at least it is a start! Please watch the video.
