Day of Silence

Friday was Day of Silence as most of you all know. Well, anyways I took part in that. I knew what I was getting myself into since I go to a very small school and most people don't support LGBT people. It wasn't even an hour into school that I had a teacher laugh in my face after I wrote to her why I wasn't talking. She is very religious and helps run one of the local youth groups. I know she has the right to her opinion and I have mine, she could at least have the respect to not laugh in my face.

Hey everyone. What's going on? I'm so happy I found out about Oasis, it's nice to be myself for once. Since no one knows I'm questioning my sexuality. Actually if anyone wouldn't mind I was wondering if coming out was easy, hard, a big deal to the people around you, or what for you. Was it a big shock or did people kind of see it coming? Hi, everybody. I'm new here, you probably picked that up from the title. Well, anyways my name is Jenna. I live in a small town and don't follow most people here. I like to be different and go against the flow. I like alternative rock, indie rock, and anything up that ally. Definitely no country. That's it for now. Tendinitis

I have severe tendinitis in my right arm, so I am going to be forced to drastically curtail my computer time while I'm in Maine this next month. I'll still be keeping an eye on you all (so behave), but I just won't be able to respond as much until it's better.
