I did not do well on my math test! Well, the first part anyway. I just didn't have time, which is weird, because I always finish her tests, but this time, not so much! Oh well, I have massive part two tomorrow, and I'll study my ass off for it! I'm getting a bit psyched for the two plays I'm going to be writing/acting in! Gah! Good ideas and fun people are good! And perhaps it'll look good on my college apps...
Speaking of that, do any of you have any sort of relation to Loyola of Chicago? I'm seriously looking there (it's the only sort of school I really like in my restrictions set by parents), and have heard really mixed reactions about it.
First of all, there is a new Christopher Guest movie coming out! "A Mighty Wind"! MWAHAHAHA! I'm excited and dorkishly looking forward to it! I saw the preview for it while watching "Chicago" with a neat friend I haven't seen in a while
My band played on Friday, and it was hilariously dreadful!
I've fallen in love with Tom of Finland. Lads, chech him out, he's a very dirty bit of gay history.
Mania, Presidents's day, and unpreparedness, oh my!
For once, I actually DO something on Valentine's Day, and it turns into a less than stellar night! Now, it was still pretty damn good, but those that know me, know that less than stellar is about as low as I can go. I went to the mall with fun people, and we ended up going to a puzzle store, which made it extreemly pathetic. It was fun though. Then we went to my friend's band's show, and saw one REALLY good bandyperson, and got his CD, however, I had to leave before I got to see my friend's good band!
I had to leave, because I was supposed to go to a service project this morning, but it turned out that my friend's sketched out on me, and now I'm mildly screwd on when I can do my service, a graduation requirment. It was not good. I did listen to My Bloody Valentine, which cheered me up, in it's delicious irony! And now, I'm going to a formal dance at another school with no plans, with someone I don't know!
I feel that I have been neglecting this site, and that makes me sad! Sad in a manic kind of way, but still sad! I've been doing some blogging on my new domain, so check out Stentorian if you'd like. Also, drop me a line on AIM, but I must warn you, I'm not much of an internet talker. I SHALL return and be more active here!
Nothing too exciting is happening on this side. My band, which does NOT suck, will be having a show soonish, and I hope that I can get some sound clips up somewhere on the internet. And I'm actually doing something on Valentine's Day! It's not datish, but at least I'm going to be with other lonely people! I will still wear all greys and blacks and listen to My Bloody Valentine, as always, but I'm also going to see my friend's band play! With people I like! YAY! I had a chance to ask a cute boy, but I chickened out, since we haven't spoken in MONTHS. Ok, I'll end this, and spew my mania on this website more later! No worries:) (and I mean that! NO worries! Or I will find where you live and beat the worries out of your corpse!)
I had the weirdest dream ever while napping! But that shall come later. I had an unusual day! First of all, it is the most Februaryish day that ever Februaryed in the long prominent history of Februarying. In other words, it looked like a cold London day, with a constant misty rain falling, and no light at all. It was slippery, and I almost died several times going to school. Then a friend was angry at me, but it was something that wasn't my fault, so no drama ensued, unfortunatly. I was also in the newspaper for some article my friend wrote, which was neat! But I hadn't read it until just now. It was really good!
Yes, I have returned to Oasis, much to the chagrin of the general public! And yes, my constant, manic updates will persist until someone shoots me through the heart with a silver bullet. Anything new with me? Not really. I'm doing forensics, and having a FABULOUS time! I'm in play acting, and we're doing quite well thus far. A lot of queers in the whole forensics expirience! The high point so far is seeing a pink haired lesbian perform selected scenes from "Twelfth Night" by Shakespear. Also, why are there so many gay plays that are cut into dreadfully done, depressing forensics pieces? Ok, for those of you who are unaquainted with forensics, it's speaking/acting/presenting/etc in competitive form. Basically, it's sports for dorks and assorted theater geeks. Now I am so tired, and I may be going to a party/gathering later in the evening. No worries:)
