How To Create An Avatar For The Journals?

Is there a good site for creating a avatar for my journal? I'm not allowed to post a picture of me but I can post a avatar as long as it doesn't look too much like me.

Most people...

Just search for them on Google and such, I believe. There is a limit on how big it can be, but that's a relatively easy fix once you find something you like.

What do you mean by 'create an avatar'? Don't you just choose a picture you want to use?
