I'm really happy I've met my goal in terms of weight loss.
I lost five pounds in about 10 days!! I'm really happy with that and I'm hoping that I can keep that weight off!
Prouda you!... as long as it's healthy weight loss, not just "I'm not eating so there it goes" weight loss.

Yeah, I was actually taking in more food, but I was doing tons of hiking, so that got me out and exercising. Plus when we were hiking, the ground often wasn't smooth so we had, like, strength tests because of the uneasy topography (is that the right word?).
I mean, it was healthy so that's okay (and I was getting more exercise, more strenuous exercise than I had in a long while, which was good), though I'm not looking to lose any more weight. Partly because I'm already on the low end in terms of weight and I don't feel a need/urge to try for a lower number. I just like feeling fit.
