i've just read the most inspiring news tonight: the libyan rebels have secured the tripoli center! this means that gaddafi's rule is about to collapse. they have arrested his son and the heir as well. oy vey iz frizzhead (pardon my yiddish)!
the rebels are now on the road to setting up a government that will give them all gaddafi didn't want to. i know most are worried that they'll replace one dictator with another (i.e castro over batista, lenin over nicholas II), but i don't think that's the case here. i'm not referring to the irony because there were people who weren't targeted during the purge or considered political enemies so whose to say everyone was depressed in the U.S.S.R? there were true communists who loved their country is what i'm saying.
i don't think we, as a nation, should be concerned with the aftermath of the war because frankly it's none of our business. no wait if they have oil then it is our business and we seem to shove our guns and size of our wallet into their faces! oh no we're broke! the chinese know our borrowing days are over and that's because we are major importers, not exporters. do we even make anything here (don't answer that)? china is laughing at us right now because we have become a laughingstock.
they are making t.v programs about pregnant young girls, i mean where's the integrity in that? where has the integrity of the youth gone? if i had a nickel for everytime a person my age went to drink or do drugs, i'd fix the national debt! the future of america is not looking bright. our test scores are slumping, i still don't know why people immigrate here for a better education.
i see this has become a rant so i'll end it here. have a nice day and remember wherever you may be, look around you.
