If that happened to me, I'd make an appointment with a doctor, not self-diagnose or immediately think it was cancer. You can have a problem and be a hypochondriac, not mutually exclusive. ;-)

I won't be able to get it checked out for maybe two days. I never assume it's a super bad thing but you always need to rule out every single thing. But it's really freaked me out though. Have you ever had this problem?
But coming up with a list of things it could be, without the ability to rule them out, isn't really helping. Initially you had a sore testicle, now you have a sore testicle, a few things that it could be, and stress. So, the situation hasn't improved.
Of course, that is normal. Most of my family gets annoyed by the fact that I refuse to stress out about things I can't control. Even if I thought it were cancer, I wouldn't be stressed. I'd wait to hear what the doctor said, and see where things went from there. As stress cures nothing, it seems to add no value. Just augments frustration.

Of the three diagnoses...

So,
if my left testicle hurts and I have trouble walking and sitting, it's in my head?
Well...
