So today I had a raspberry brownie

it was the most delicious thing in the world. It was delicious fudgy chocolate with random raspberry amazingness.

And I was in Northamption and they kept playing awesome music. Apparently the food service people in Northamption have great taste in music.

Then I went to get the drains taken out in Springfield and they took me in right away even though we were early, and having drains taken out is the weirdest feeling ever. Oh my god. Ugghhh. I'm so glad they're out now though, because they did their job and then they were just getting in the way of healing and being gross and obnoxious.

It's funny because I still have to wear a binder. It's to keep the swelling down and to keep some gauze in place because using a binder to do so is a million times less painful than medical tape on my hairy chest. |D;

I keep being randomly really tired. It gets in the way but I guess that's recovery. Tomorrow I'm gonna go to a con but I'm probably going to leave early or sleep through half of it. Usually I show up on Friday but I wanted to shower and such.

OHMAN. Showering is so awesome. Haha. Apparently, showers are very exciting once you haven't showered for a week. :P

And I haven't been on T for a month and I smell different and I don't like it. Augghh. I hate being off of T. XP This keeps happening. Hopefully this is the last time for a while... And I was really hoping there'd at least be some kind of CHANGE to my bleeding pattern (see: constantly spotting) while off of the T but nope. Not at all. Fantastic. I'm still kinda hoping going back on it will stop it but I seriously doubt it. XP

And I mean, it's gotten to the point where I don't even care enough to try to do shit about it because I'm sick of throwing my hormone levels around and trying new medicine and akljsdkljsdfj.

It's the only thing that really bugs me about my body right now, so it's frustrating. I mean, it's been three months, it should've stopped by now. XP

It'll be nice once it does stop, I've kind of forgotten what it feels like not to wear pads. >>

Ooooh, raspberry brownies

Ooooh, raspberry brownies sound quite delicious! I really must try one sometime.

Is it cuz of the surgery that you haven't been on T? Oh, and another medical question: just to be sure, the drains were to get rid of the fluid in your chest, right? Just being sure, cuz I'm not an expert on medical stuff XP

They're really fabulous.

They're really fabulous. They're at this cafe that always has different stuff in the bakery, they always have vegan stuff and this time they happened to have raspberry brownies and it was beautiful.

And yup, they were for draining fluid. Really gross actually. Glad to be done with them.

more importantly, OHEMGEE i love northampton. there's this place down... uh... man, i have no idea where it is, but it's a burger place which you don't care about, but they have the most AMAZING onion rings, which i guess are probably made with eggs but IF THEY'RE NOT you should try them. ooooh but also there's this great vegan asian place in that building that has the ice cream shop at the botton and they make a great tempeh thingy and also their veggies are fabulous and all the people there are pretty. and also, i think EVERYONe there has great taste in music. ...man, AND i get to go back to northampton in like two weeks. i'm so pumped.

You've been to Northampton?

You've been to Northampton? That's SO FAR from you! :O I didn't realize people traveled that far for Northampton. (It's like when I found out that people come up from the farther reaches of Connecticut to go to the Science Museum in Boston. XD;)

You should be there in six weeks because that's when my next appointment is. ;) Oh well.

THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD RESTAURANTS IN NORTHAMPTON OHMYGOD. And they pretty much always have vegan options because it's Northampton and it's wonderful. I mean, we went to a flippin' pizza place with the pizza pre-made and they had vegan stuff. Yeah. That happens in Northampton. X3
