Didn't go to pride. But I did get on my bike, and go for a nice 70-ish mile ride through seattle's suburbs and out to snoqualmie.
Beautiful weather for that. man I am beat. time for sleep.
70ish miles?? WOW I wish I could do that!! I actually want to buy a new bike.. haven't ridden one in years!! and ride everywhere!!!
bout 60...I'm kinda disappointed. felt like way more. good thoguh, considering I am recovering from broken ribs, a rough crash and a concussion, not to mention my f-ed up ankle and the fact that I hadn't touched the road bike in months.
all in all, a great day. sun came out for once, not too crowded. the mtns looked beautiful in the sun, and it was a good day. Til I got home and my legs started cramping! so annoying!
Mental wounds not healing, driving me insane, i'm goin' off the rails on a crazy train- the ozzman
Congrats on the ride- Bet your calves are sore :P
electrolyes or recovery drinks. IMA BE HURTIN TOMORROW!
As much as I like Pride (despite not going this year), if you build it up too much, you might not like it by the time you finally go. So, don't make it into too big a deal, because then when you finally do make it, you might realize how not that big a deal it's been all this time...
