So there are two containers of blueberries in the fridge that I can't eat.

My dad bought them for me thinking he was doing something nice for me, but he missed that berries were on my list of "foods I shouldn't eat". (I appreciate the gesture though.)

So it's pretty upsetting.

TWO containers.

I LOVE BLUEBERRIES.

Avoiding salicylic acid is supposed to help prevent bruising and make surgery go smoother but there's a lot that I'm not supposed to eat and I'm worried that if I'm not careful I'll end up malnourished and make recovery more difficult for myself anyway. X_X But I guess I'm doing alright. I'm gonna call my surgeon about it on Tuesday because it's really hard to avoid foods high in salicylic acid when you're vegan.

Other than having my heart broken over blueberries, I'm in a pretty good mood.

I mean, in a week and a half, I'm getting top surgery. Once I recover from that I'll NEVER HAVE TO WEAR A BINDER EVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN. That's HUGE.

Speaking of HUGE. I just dragged up these monolithic speakers that are older than I am from the basement. They're like, top-of-the-line. Hopefully they're still in good condition (I haven't put them to the test yet.) I'm gonna get an amp soon, and I've got a turntable on it's way, hopefully it'll get here before I go to surgery. I want to set it up. I love the sound of vinyl. :]

Annnd I made a super-fantastic birthday present for my best friend. He's gonna love it so much and I've been spoiling him a bit but pshh. He deserves it for being so awesome to me all of the time even though I whine and complain so much.

And and and... Life is just so fucking easy right now.

Anyway, I'm gonna go make some food. And maybe steal a blueberry or two. Just a couple can't hurt right? :P

Later.

(P.S. I haven't been commenting much recently I know I know. Sorry. I'm lame.)
