Of what/whom? Not me, I hope... I'm much too far away! :(

A great sleep inducer: Pick a number (say, 100) and count backwards in steps of 7 (in your head, of course!) until you reach zero or close to zero. Repeat this a few times... voilà, you'll be asleep in no time. Try it...

Reason: This process requires your brain to focus on the job at hand (repeated subtraction); other images/thoughts that may have prevented sleep are moved way to the background. As you become drowsy and close to sleep, you'll likely find that each repetition takes a bit longer than the one preceding...

They can call forth things you don't want in your house. We had a friend use one in our old house and it became very dark and you felt lke something was always watching you. We had to burn sage and call on the angels for months. Anyway never had an out of body experience, but I have felt some pretty interesting energy.

My friend knows how to leave her body at will. It sounds pretty freaky really. She says she just sits there, and her thoughts and feelings just...evaporate. And she told me that she was floating around and she saw her own body sitting there. Creepy!

I wish I could have one of those experiences. But emptying my mind and all that is nearly impossible...I just think too much. And I do plan on buying a ouija board someday. And not the crappy kind you can buy at Wal Mart. I'm talking about the real authentic kind.

So really I never actually had an out of body experience. However when I aquired this "mystery illness" I almost got taken out by this insane fever. I would drift in and out of consciousness, man that was scary I almost felt like dying. But something told me to hang on.
