Clothes shopping, keychains, ghosts, and ninja kitties

This weekend has been busy. Saturday my family went to Springfield with some family friends. Clothes shopping. Bleh. I'm not the kind of girl who enjoys spending time at department stores trying to find something "hot and stylish." Although I must say that I have been trying to wear more than just T-shirts, which feels good. After the clothes shopping, I went BOOK SHOPPING! I bought three books. Rosemary's Baby, The Shining (Stephen King), and some other book you guys probably haven't heard of. Going to the bookstore was definitely worth all the boring clothes shopping.

Today I went to my grandparents' house to celebrate my birhtday, which is in 6 days. My grandma bought me this engraved golden keychain for when I get my car. It had my name on it and everything! So fancy! And I'm 40 bucks richer. Yay.

Do you guys believe in ghosts? I know that's a random question, but I was reading a book about ghost sightings and stories in Illinois. I'm not sure if they exist, but I'm not sure that they don't exist. I just don't like it when people are all like, "Anyone who believes in ghosts is a stupid little pussy!" or whatever. We don't know everything. How do we know they DON'T exist? True, there is a lot of fake stuff out there, but there's also a lot of truth too. Just saying.

My cat Puffy is a ninja. She somehow managed to climb up into the basement ceiling. In the laundry room. I walk in there and I hear this random meowing. I look everywhere and I don't know where it's coming from. Then I look up and my cat is staring at me through a hole in the ceiling. I still can't figure out how she got up there. It took me an hour to get her down. If she does that again I'm not getting her down. What a twerp.

I am focused on what I am after
The key to the next open chapter
Because I found a way
To steal the sun from the sky
Long live the day
That I decided to fly
From the inside

Books

I know I could spend all day in our public library or Borders. Also my dog is a crazy ninja too, he's 11 lbs, but he can get into any small space he wants to. The ghosts thing- I believe in the spirit world, that it is all around us, protecting us. So I guess you could say i believe in ghosts- just in a different way.

I think that when I die, I

I think that when I die, I want my soul to go to Borders. Any bookstore would be my own personal heaven.

What kind of dog do you have?
