i saw the snow, it was so beautiful and reminded me of the beauty of this world and the good that is in it. i saw the snow, i stepped in it and heard crunches beneath my shoes. it was the very first time i have ever seen snow, i cried. my mother and i went outside and took many photos, and everyone in the neighborhood was outside marvelling at the white gift. children cautiosly observed the snow and played with it, the adults walked the sidewalks and talked of the good fortune brought by the storm.
there was a child across the street running around while his mother shouted "You're going to slip!" the child responded "IT'S A DREAM COME TRUE!". it was a sight to be hold, people wandered in astonishment. i was also captivated by the snow, tears of joy i wept having never seen such a sight in my life.
my house bat has left our home, i checked the attic (without my mom's knowledge). i suppose the bat fulfilled it's purpose, i will miss it i admit it. the house bat helped me, helped me to see. although it could have been the best coincidence to ever happen to me, i like think it might have been something more.
incidentally Snowday has occured, no one where i live is used to driving on ice. i didn't do my homework last night, this is the best day of my life so far.
may much praise be unto the Lord God of Abraham, you brought us the best gift of winter, and maybe of the year; snow.

Uhh...
Pretty low threshold for God to do something great, make it rain and get the temperature under 32 degrees... where in the US is there never snow?!

It's really adorable how much you appreciate the snow
I've lived in the northeast most of my life... Right now most of our snowbanks are taller than I am. (sometimes significantly so.) Most of us are pretty sick of shovels and snow plows and car accidents. Up here snow is just a fact of life.
But you're so thrilled about it, I don't think I've ever seen someone -this- thrilled about snow. I mean, as a kid we were always like "YAY SNOW! SNOW FORTS AND SNOW DAYS AND SLEDDING" but I mean, it still happens every year so it's not ever attributed to miracles unless it cancels school on the day of a test you didn't study for. :P
i know,
i went a little overboard. lol! but it's the first snow here in about 20 odd years. many people i knew were like "it's not going to snow, the weather people say that it's going to but it doesn't" but lo and behold it did. as for the school thing i could have omitted that, but you know what? i don't care. i feel so good and i won't let anything make me lament my decisions.
