I might have a date!

so this, guy, who i went to high school w/...who is out and gay, added me awhile back on facebook!

we started talking daily and exchanging IM's via facebook daily while i was on my trip, and now he wants to hang out w/ me.

tonight, while @ work, he asked me if i wanted to go ice skating w/ him alone, in the town near where i grew up. at first, it seemed like he wanted it to be jsut us, but then he invited our mutual friend M, the first person i was ever out to, and one of my current best friends.

so anyway...we have been flirting back and forth via IM for weeks, and then last night i told him i was also gay, and now he wants to go skating...hmm...idk.

I didn't think he was cute in high school, but now i have a huge crush on him, and i think he does likewise.

only bad thing is, he has a past history of drug use and alcoholism, but then again, i drink too much too. and am lucky i never got An MIP like he did. so i can't judge. he even wants me to go to AA w/ him, and i may do it, just to help myself cut back as well.

problem is, its a ferry ride away. kinda far considering my long hours @ work and school. but IDK...i could make it once a week...and who knows, maybe it will turn into something more. M knows i like him, she gave me the go ahead.

so we'll see i guess. lol

also went to the picasso exhibit w/ david this week, for those of you that remember him, and I saw this powerful photo and work of art by an awesome artist who worked w/ warhol. David Wajnarowicz is his name. died of aids along time ago. cool stuff though.

also, picasso exhibit was great, but no cubism!!! I had a good dinner w/ david over tapas and wine though, so that was fun. anywho, I'm out...to another person. haha.
