Well, I finished my homework earlier than last night. Which is good, because I get headaches when I don't sleep much. Surprisingly, I didn't get tired in Music class at all, like I usually do.
We had a fire drill today.
It was windy, and the sun was shining, so it was hot/cold.
It was also when I had Science.
So, everyone was in the huge field behind the school, people were talking to eachother, teachers taking attendance...
Me standing all alone quietly while staring at everyone.
I'm not much of a talker, it seems.
I listen and see more.
So I can see everyone, and everything.
So maybe I can draw it.
I like to draw.
Almost everyone I have shown my work to said I was good at drawing.
I don't believe them.
I think I still have a long way to go before I get good at it.
Anyway, I was standing all alone, not talking to anyone.
Well, not exactly.
I was once talking to Twin 2.
Twin 2 has a slightly lower voice than Twin 1.
She is also, appartently, one inch shorter.
But both are taller than me.
Actually, almost all of my friends are taller than me.
This makes me feel very short.
Anyway, Twin 2 had dyed her hair, and tried to get it to be red.
But it was orange instead.
And it's really shiny, even though she said that she doesn't do anything special to make it shiny.
It's like copper.
I have never seen Twin 2 in a skirt.
She's always in pants.
So, it seems that Twin 2 is more tomboyish than Twin 1.
I'll stop talking about them for a moment.
Okay, now, I have a naturally low voice.
I can make it even lower.
I once tricked my mom into thinking I was a guy.
That was only because I was singing in the car.
Singing is fun.
I don't like singing for people.
I think I suck.
My friends and French teacher think otherwise.
Last year, I was staying after school to finish this science project that was due tomarrow. I had finished and was in the hallway.
Now, last year, I had carried song lyrics in my back pocket, english tranlations of these japanese songs I like.
I started singing "Dark Woods Circus" By Miku Hatsune, Rin and Len Kagamine, and KAITO. I can make my voice almost as deep as the deepest voice in that song.
So, I was singing in the hallway and when I was finished.
My french teacher said,
"Good job Elise." (Elise is my french name in class. They give us names in language classes. Also, it has an accent, but I don't know how to do that on a keyboard.)
Down the stairs, throught the front doors, and stopped right outside the school. I was somewhat embarrassed at the time.
I feel better about it now, though.
Now, my friends are trying to convince me that I don't suck at singing.
I wonder if they will.
