i'm not scared of heights anymore... i'm scared of cars. i have no idea where my mental health went, but it seems to be gone. i don't know if i need thearapy or something, maybe mood relaxers. i need something to help. i dreamt of the expierience again it freaked me out. i've been trying to preoccupy my mind with positive thoughts but it only works half the time. any help is appreciated.

idk if any of this actually works, i haven't tried it, but if you look for info on lucid dreaming, apparently that's a good way to stop yourself having dreams you don't like. therapy wouldn't hurt either--or even just talking to someone you trust. is there someone you can talk to about this experience?

hmm
well i've looked up lucid dreaming and i think it maybe a factor in that dream or relived expierence. there is definatley something to it. therapy might help but i don't want my mom and dad to think i'm crazy, although they probably suspect something already. and i haven't had any close friends around, or had any for awhile. i appreciate your help.

thanks for the hugs!
Well... I dream like, every night.
You just gotta learn to take control of what you're afraid of and what is reasonable to be seeing in real life. If something scary happens (Real life or not) ask yourself, how did I get here? If you can't remember parts, it's fuzzy, then just immediately say "It's a dream" and keep on.
And I agree, therapy or talking to a really close friend would really help, too.
Good luck, hun <3

i know
i know. but still it's odd how i still have flashbacks and stuff. the dream or nightmare or whatever, was very similar the real thing that happened. i'm actually starting to get over it though. thanks for the help.
