I'm definitely going to do that tonight.
Also, that's essentially what I do anytime I'm pissed or sad about life, but I do it all in my head. I make myself think about all the good stuff that's happened and the stuff that has yet to happen, and how everything could be so much worse. There's always a way out of a situation no matter what it is.
