well, my first profile pic on here was me looking thoughtful, and i decided to balance it out with a me crazy-hyper-happy. cuz i bounce between the two pretty constantly, with a couple stops in other places at times. but yeah. XD

My display picture on Oasis is a school of jellyfish.

They don't have brains or hearts... which inspires a certain amount of jealousy for me. All they know is how to eat and survive, they don't need anything else, they have nothing to worry about. No love affairs, no complicated drama. They symbolize going wherever life takes you - the current takes them wherever they go. On a personal level, it's also somewhat of an allusion to Lady Gaga, «he ate my heart and then he ate my brain», and to my own experiences with love associated with that lyric. They also look deceptively beautiful, but they can kill you. There's even a species of immortal jellyfish.

I don't usually think about things that much, by the way - it's because I'm thinking of getting a tattoo of a jellyfish. But I do have a strong interest in symbolism and such.

...mine is a picture of me goofing off in class when i was supposed to be working :P it happened to be my AP Biology class and i stick out a lot in there...goofing off just happens to support my weirdness, childishness, and enjoyment of time in the most serious and conservative of all classes (especially since most of these peoples are way too serious about A's). i'm not too extreme with my immaturity, i know when to stop and be an adult, it's the only class i have to be an adult in.

And who that guy is. But I truthfully don't remember, and I don't know if I ever knew anyway.
We had a project in 6th grade, where we had to do various things to various pictures in Paint Shop Pro. I saved some of those, and use them for Profile Pics.

is of Spencer (and part of Ashley's face) from the TV show South of Nowhere. Cause Spencer's cute and was even cuter when with Ash. lol. And through the course of that show she dealt with her sexuality, questioned it, and eventually figured it out. I identify with her a lot. Plus, did I mention that she's cute??? lol.

Mine is a picture that my cousin took of me when I was lying under the pear tree in my neighbors yard, but she focused on a leaf instead of me so I'm blurred.
I kinda used it because I had already fit it to the icon standards for Deviant Art, and I was too lazy to do it again...

Currently, mine is a picture of a bunch of books I took when I was working on starting a book review website (I decided I needed to get one of my hacker friends to help me actually make a website that worked and then I forgot to ask any of them) but it's probably going to change soon.
