Man, where do you live? The winters are pretty harsh here in Montana. One day it's 50 degrees out and it'll snow overnight an be 5 below. Snow can be awesome though. Just go sledding or go skiing. :)
But.... the beach is also incredible.

lol nice. well since jeff says it could b too cold, we could go to rehoboth. its warm (in the summer) :-P it has a lot of sun (in the summer) and it's the 10th top queer beach in the US. lol and ive gone there almost every summer since i was born. lol

SF...
... never gets snow, but it is also very infrequently hot. It is pretty much a kinda breezy spring day in the low-to-mid 60s like 80ish percent of the time, never warm, never cold, so if you like that day, then you'd be fine here. This affects the beach, of course. It exists, but the water here is too cold for most sane people to swim in, since it's coming down from Alaska, takes until SoCal for it to get warm.
