I was wondering why people are homophobes.
Hmmmmmm...
There are two reasons.
1.) They don't understand LGBT people.
2.) They simply don't like gay people, bi people, or trans people, just because they regard it as "unnatural".
Well, guess what?
I don't understand straight people!!!!
If I try, I cannot imagine being straight. Or a girl. Or being trans. Or bi.
But that doesn't mean I'll hate straights, girls, trans people, or bi people.
I don't have to understand them. I just have to accept that it is the way they are, and the way I truly evaluate someone's character is I actually LOOK INTO THEIR SOUL 8|
Kidding.
But, the way I evaluate someone is I judge their intentions, usually.
I'm not TRYING to cause any waves here. I'm just TRYING to be myself.
And I don't see why some people can't let me.
I look at, are they generally trying to do good?
As for the other reason, you can't strike down people and ideas just because you don't like them. Debate them. Argue your point.
But you can't try to strike down gays just because you don't like them.
So therefore, I don't understand straight people.
And now, I have decided that I don't like their lifestyle.
It is DISGUSTING and UNNATURAL for one man and one woman to have sex.
I will now be a major heterophobe, and hate all straight people.
The unfortunate part is there's way more of them than there is of me...
Well has that ever stopped me before?
Comments
welll theres also genrally way more...

Take Heart...
...society is changing its views at a rapid pace. And, attitudes such as you hold are making a tremendous contribution to this change.
Yes... there remains a large cadre of dedicated (professional?) homophobes, but they are becoming inexorably impotent.
It's not yet a perfect world out there... probably never will be... but society's acceptance of gay teens is soooo much better than it was even just a few years ago.
ENJOY! And never give up on being yourself!
Your contributions here have a much more positive effect than you can likely envisage...
can i be on
........the list too? i hate the way some streights look at me even if they have no idea if i AM gay yet....(when i'm around the streights have gaydar....too flame-y)

Er... Being a heterophobe
Er... Being a heterophobe is, more or less, synonymous with being "sociophobe".
So have fun with that kiddo. However, I shan't join you due to the fact that I (a) like to consider myself apart of the make-up of society (which is generally heterosexual) and because (b) I like to think that I shouldn't be afraid of anyone for a non-threatening attribute. I don't see band wagons of heteros lynching us homos.
that kinda makes you a
that kinda makes you a hypocrite i'm afraid.

hahahahaha
I have considered doing something like this, except the whole being bi thing kind of ruins the effect. Sigh.

Its hard to be a heterophobe
Its hard to be a heterophobe when you are in love with one and therefore act like one :(
