So tomorrow is when university officially begins. I'm going to Auckland Univeristy. I didn't end up applying for American universities, my parents just doesn't have that kind of money and there was no guarantee I'd get in anyway. I still think about it a little bit though.
I'm doing a conjoint degree. My first degree is a law degree, and my second one is an arts degree. I'm majoring in politcs and ethics for my arts degree, but that might change. My first lecture tomorow is law and society, then I have introduction to ethics. All these courses make me sound too old before I am wise.
And I wonder where my degree is going to take me in a few years time. I might do a postgraduate, or I might just become a lawyer straight away - but what type of lawyer? Maybe even journalism or writing? I guess these are things I've contemplated about but never exhaustive by doing so.
And... the orientation week was pretty cool. I know WAY too many people doing the same degree as me it sort of makes me sick. I wanted to meet new people - and that makes it very hard. Oh, and you would've guessed - people doing law AND politics are so arrogant. You have no idea. It's unbelievable. It's great.
Oh, and went clubbin on Saturday. It costed a lot of money. I need a job. I also think I should be more receptive to the idea of a relationship... we'll see what university brings.
Good night Oasis.

Yeh... Relationship Sounds Good!
Seek out a relationship in which each reinforces the best qualities of the other. Avoid a bf who merely encourages you to engage in mainly destructive thrills of the moment: constant partying, excessive drink, one-night orgasmic interludes.
As for being wise... there is no doubt! Growing older is your choice. You can gain in wisdom and still retain your youthful outlook.
Enjoy your university years. They should be absolutely great!
Thank you elph. Yes, I think
Thank you elph. Yes, I think there is always that temptation... Especially with my personality which is very susceptible to being impulsive.
I need to go get ready now...
I also need to get a bookshelf.
