...To write something about me. I usually just hide behind my stories and poems, but I guess I can tell you a bit about myself.

My name is Taylor. I'm a 10th grader. I'm a lesbian. I Tweet like a maniac. Follow me! (@Unique_Vintage) I came out in June of my Freshman year, but I'd been curious/questioning since 6th grade. My favorite color is red because it can mean so many things: passion, love, war, anger, fire. Also, I look good in it. I love elephants because they are strong and peaceful and a lot like people if you take the time to notice them. They mourn the dead, they hold a grudge, they love fully and deeply and form relationships. They have beautiful souls. I'm a pretty down to earth kinda girl. I like summer dresses and painting my toe nails. Turquoise is my favorite stone. I think sunflowers are beautiful because they are bright and happy and always keep their faces turned to face the light. I think hugs are good and should be given/received every day. I believe that everyone has their struggles and that you should never look down on someone else's problems just because they aren't "as bad" as yours, because even though they seem that way, they are just as big and important to the person dealing with them as your issues are to you. I have a love/hate relationship with my body, but then again, don't we all? I'm working on learning to love it for what it is. I have good and bad days. I could not live without music. I listen to all of it. Every genre. I kid you not. Yes, even country and rap. I don't really like school. I hate math. I love to write and draw. I also sing and play guitar, ukulele, and piano. I'm crazy and weird and that's the way I like it. :)
