My ex and one of my best friends (the girl whom I fell in love with and she made me realize I was bi) are now going out. It makes me feel bleghy. and to keep myself from thinking about it, I use random sharp objects to scrape my wrist. They took it away from me, and I started crying in sixth period...
sigh.
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY
is the world so damn cruel.
ANYWAYS.
Orchestra concert tonight! I'm so excited :D what kind of big plans or problems are you guys having?

Awwwww...
Talk to me about it.
AND, how long have you loved her? You came out to me either one or two years ago. I guess that I've had a crush on that one guy for almost 6 years now...

So...
Two people you're not dating, and aren't currently crushing on, are together. I fail to see the problem. I think happiness is contagious, and if you were happy for them, you'd be in a better and more attractive place for other people to look at you with similar interest.

Um, what Jeff said. I think
Um, what Jeff said. I think there's always a big tendency to overplay any sort of ex's dating activity as big drama. Unless of course you're still not over them. But even then, I mean changing the mindset really helps. It doesn't have to be the end of the world
If you really are her bestfriend, be happy for her. Speaking from experience from eons ago, it really isn't not worth fussing over. If they're doing it and rubbing it in your face, then they're not really your friends. Otherwise, just keep treating as if your bestfriend is still your bestfriend, and your ex as an ex which you broke up with for a reason.
Hope that helps
