i dreamt you kissed me
with the sunlight streaming
through the broken battered
windows of a
basement staircase.
you smiled and
said i tasted like
the way a windchime
sounds.
your arms around my shoulders
paint flecks like snowflakes
falling through your
haloed hair.
i woke with my hands
still on your waist
and the taste of you
still on my lips.

I love it. I really, really do. You're a wonderful poet. I hope you continue to grace us with your writings.

throw yourself in the midst of danger
and keep one eye open at night.
