im terrifyed that no matter what i do every one i ever care about is going to become an alcoholic and in the end i will be too.
i really dont want to be like my mom or my father..

It is good that you have already told yourself you do not want to be like your parents. Since you are aware of who you do not want to be, work on who you want to be. It can be a long road, but one well worth it. Good luck hun :)

You should go to some al-anon meetings. They're for people who's family members or loved ones have drinking problems. Let me know if you want some info. :]
