Do I know how to utilize? No, I haven't taken physics.
And seriously, speed vs. velocity? I learned that in my introductory physical science course in eighth grade.

4.53649%, but that's quite inflated- My High School was all about Maths and Physics, so I had to check all of them- after all, I would've never got through Physics, Physics 2, Physics AP, Please-shoot-me-now Physics and I'm-officially-dead Calculus if I couldn't programme a calculator properly, or read hexadecimal.
Then, I do have a geeky side that was completely forgotten in the test. I mean, I'm in law school, i.e. I've read more than my fair share of books on Friday and Saturday evenings, and I've been to pretty much every important museum in the world.

How can one justify a score with this many significant figures?

...The fact that that the score is reported as a percentage shouldn't have an effect. The large number of figures is probably there to create the illusion of some sort of (unjustified) super accuracy! Anything beyond 3 figures (4 at max) is without merit. Just imagine how many of the last quoted figures would change if you had just a single additional right or wrong answer!
