This is exactly how I felt about my calculus class last year. But it worked out in the end.
Rest definitely helps. The good thing about getting the flu was that it forced me to catch up on my sleep. I wouldn't advise it, though.

I remember one thanksgiving (canadian) my grandpa was at our cabin thinger up there and the neighbors brought over moose meat... I almost cried when I heard about that. =(
