Her: "Guess what."
Me: "what?"
Her: "Chickenbutt"
Minor laughter...
Me: "Oh, I got a better one. guess what."
Her: "what?"
Me: "I love you"
Deep breath from her side.
Her: "I love you too"
Major butterflies....

And that, ladies and gentlemen, was our first exchange of I love you's over the phone. Cute huh? hahaha. I probably think about that daily. I don't remember ever getting butterflies that intensly. The fact that it took her a few seconds scared me. At first I thought she wasn't going to say it back. It just felt like time dragged on. But then I realized that she's shyer than me. It took her a second to relax. Like she does many times on the phone every night.

I don't know why I'm writing all this. Or telling you this. I just needed to get it out. I get shy around her and I dont know. I couldn't get it out. But, she'll read it on here. I'm pretty sure about that. I love you baby. (:
