So, I got my got fixed on Tuesday at the butt crack of dawn (was up at 6....dropped her off at 7:45...didn't leave the place til after 8) was up all day and exhausted from having not gone to bed til 1 (I think I was readin...) so after that I had to pick her up by 7:30...so I was up again at like 6....Athena...my poor cat hadn't gotten to eat in 2 days by the time I got her home...I still didn't get to go back to bed like I had planned when I got home.....I watched my cat and made sure she didn't lick her wound. Did you know they superglue them together? O_o.....wtf?!?!?!?! apparently that's what superglue was invented for......to glue wounds shut.....I didn't know that...but I though that was pretty damn cool.
Anyway....she keeps licking it shut, and I'm supposed to check it twice a day and the other day I checked it...and from the angle I was at...it looked like it was open all the way...so I awas freaking out. I caled the place I took her and left amessage. Then I told my mom and stuff....left a message for amy and sat on my bed trying to figure out what to do.....she'd licked the glue off. My mom looked at it...turns out it wasn't all the way open. Just partially.....I felt better after that.....but I edned up buying her a E-collar.....she just looks so damn sad. And I feel bad....but the cool part is that when I'm sleeping or laying in my bed she'll come over and stretch out and lay with me and sleep by my pillow like she used to when I first got her.......I do love my kitty when she isn't being a little snot......
