ten little indians all in a row

Updates. The News. Here we go:

Last night was a JOSS WHEDON MARATHON SHINDIG EXTRAVAGANZA! Let's see who was there... Bonnie and Annie (totally awesome dorky friends from Middle Skewl), Alex (big asshat nerdy dude who I really would've preferred not be there), Abe and Kat (a dude I know and my ex... they need to hook up. Like NOW. they will soon. They'll be so cute).

When everyone got there, we played Super Smash Bros, Soul Calibur II, Super Mario DDR, and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle until 9, when DOLLHOUSE started!

Dollhouse was pretty good. There were a few segments that were pretty dumb (Boxing?) and they packed a LOT of information into the one episode, but it was fun. After Dollhouse we watched Repo!, then the boyz had to leave. Abe was actually gonna stay over, but then my mom saw the way he and Kat were getting snuggly... and she sent him home. No heterosexual doinking allowed in this house!

So then I bugged Kat about Abe for a while, and then we watched "Restless" from season 4 of buffy, and by then it was late so we fell alseep. In the morning we listened to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and ate fruit-loop pancakes until Kat had to leave, and then Bonnie, Annie and I crashed in a big cuddle-puddle on 5 blankets and some dog beds and watched the commentaries on some episodes of Buffy and the deleted scenes from Firefly and Serenity.

When they left, I got my hair cut. Shaggy Sheepdog Look, Curly Bob, hair-in-the-face, truffula-tree haircut. I love it.

Now I'm busy being stressed about tomorrow and my date with K. We're going to the mall. I'm looking forward to it, and I'm really fond of her, I do Like her, but I'm not sure if I want to get into all this again. I mean, it's only been a few weeks since me and Kat broke up... even though we're both really over it and good friends... what my mom and my best friend say is that it doesn't need to be a serious-serious date. I should probably tell her at some point that I'm a little afraid of getting back into a relationship and I'm not positive I'm ready, but I do really like her.

...I hope she likes my haircut...

So anyway, then this sentence popped into my head:

"I'm not in love- just killing time.
Come smash clocks with me."

have a good time at the mall, they're right, keeping it casual for now looks like the best way to go.

I forgot to watch Dollhouse!

I forgot to watch Dollhouse! Grrr. And I would have loved your marathon-it sounds really fun. I love watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer... What's your favorite season? I LOVE the sixth season. I love them all, but my seasons in order from most favorite to least favorite are:

1. Season 6
2. Season 4
3. Season 7
4. Season 5
5. Season 2
6. Season 1
7. Season 3

we have some seriously

@crazypickle:
we have some seriously differing tastes, friend. Here's my line-up:

1. Season 3 (HOW COULD THIS BE YOUR LEAST FAVORITE?!?!?)
2. Season 6 (best. story arc. EVER, plus many many good single episodes)
3. Season 4 (enough FANTASTIC one-shot eppies to make it stand out as a good overall season)
4. Season 5 (gets many many points for pure storyline.)
5. Season 2 (It's cute with good one-shots, but still a little lame)
6. Season 7 (just a hair behind 2. I don't know why I don't like it.)
7. Season 1 (because it's so crappy)

@fox:
what book, now?

Well, we agree on season

Well, we agree on season six, which is incredibly important because I *heart* that season. I love everything about it!! Especially the musical :o)!!!!...and Buffy with Spike......and invisible Buffy...and traumatized, back from the dead, can't hardly talk Buffy...and insane asylum Buffy...and crazy Willow-*squeaks.* I even love the trio :P. (Excuse me--my extreme geekiness is showing-lol).

And for seasons 4 and 5, we seem to be pretty well in agreement... I don't know why--I just never could get into the third season--I may be willing to put it above season 1 though--you may be right--season 1 was pretty bad. However, I do LOVE "Helpless" and "Earshot" and those are from season 3... But season 7...why don't you like season 7???!!!...a little cheesy maybe with all of the slayers' / 'girls united' power...but there are some really good standout episodes from that season!
