Craziness #1: I just saw an article online about a mtf-girl in germany who's sixteen and got SRS already. She started hormone treatment at TWELVE. I'm not even trans and I'm jealous.
Sub-Craziness #1.4: a poll under that article asked if people thought that 16 was too young for SRS and the majority voted no. I voted yes. Stupid internet-people and their ignorance about trans issues.

Craziness#2: Last night I went to dinner with two grown-up lesbians and a 60-year old. The 60-year-old is Yvonne, a really close friend of my mom/family friend. The two grown-up lesbians (who're 'partners' or whatever they want to call it) are Barbra and Amy. Barbra, Yvonne, and my mom all taught high school together when I was maybe a twinkle in my father's eye, maybe a fetus, maybe a baby, not sure. Anyway, AMY was their student. Yvonne taught Amy's freshman english class. Anyway, as far as I know, there was a rather "Loving Annabelle"esque relationship, and now Barb and Amy are all... together. Amy is 29, Barb is a little big older than my mother. To put things into perspective, Amy is closer to MY age than her partner's.
Sub-Craziness #2.6: My dad is also Amy's boss at the law firm.
