I went to breakfast with my sister and her boyfriend this morning and when they dropped me off I said, "Thanks for letting me come" and my sister goes, "Thats what she said"
Thats by far the best thats what she said I've ever heard/been a part of. Though sometimes the thats what she said's get really annoying when they aren't funny.

there was one with my sister one time when we were eating tacos...
my sister had just gotten some teeth pulled, so she says, "I'm gonna have a hard time eating this taco..."
and before I could stop myself, I yelled, "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!"
my dad looked half-amused and half-mortified...
