Guitar is overrated, Colby Caillat seems like a one-hit wonder to me, and Michelle Branch vanished into thin air, and that's enough to downplay it amongst the attractive female decent-singing, pretty, interesting, sweet and interview-funny crowd. So cut music skills out and you've got a slew more of girls who will throw themselves at you! Plus, if your girl has money, she can buy tickets to a concert, get someone else to sing/play a song for you, or if she's talented or outgoing, she could get those things done too!
