Two boys, three girls
One mom, one dad.
Two families.

A pool in the backyard.
A dog in his house.
Cars in the drive.
Money in the bank

A perfect little family, we appear to be.
Has anyone bothered to ask if this is my reality?

One large, one small.
One mom
One family.

A small pool in the backyard.
A dog on the couch.
One car in the drive.
Bills on the counter.

A perfect little family we definitely are not.

Two buses, two houses
One mom, one dad, and a bonus mother.
Two families combined into one.

Pools in my yards.
Dogs in lap.
Cars to drive.
Money to spend.
