I wrote these over the summer. The first one, I wrote music for as well, and the second, I wrote the music for last night. I'll try to record it, but my throat really hurts and I can't sing.

Survival and Rescue

Other people push and pull
trying to get inside my small, dark world
I was blind to those futile tries
Nothing felt behind those eyes

Oppression coated me
In an eggshell

sometimes I heard the slightest sound
Suddenly a crack from outside
I asked and my soul replied

The sun it is not lying

Over bridges full of bubbles
control is mine, without trouble
Now hatred us surrounded by
