Yesterday was the day Josh and I were going to hang out, which is cool because we haven't seen each other in awhile. It was also the day I planned to come ou to Josh and cross another name off my list. I also had another motive in coming out to josh though. True Josh was a good friend of mine that I trusted but he was also friends with the cute gay guy from hot topic and secretly I hoped maybe he'd try to set something up for me. Well anyway I went over to Josh's new apartment and met his room mate Johnny who was quite intimidating at first (He's over 6'4 and VERY built) but after I got to know him he was really a cool guy and actually sort of timid. We hung out for a couple hours, played some god of war, and talked but eventually it was time to go. I was excited because at the end of the car ride I knew I'd come out to Josh and have his support. Unfortunately we had to pick up Johnny's girlfriend ( an unexpected change of plan) and my alone time with Josh ended. I'll just have to try again some other time.

I knew my family was at the YMCA so I just had Josh drop me off there because there was no reason for him to have to drive me all the way home and I still needed to get my Y membership. So it was kind of lame at first, I had to sit through all the Y's paperwork and get my photo in the system, followed by my mom telling me about all the girls my age I could meet there. I would have at least pretended to listen but my mind was drifting off to the cute staff member less than 20 feet away. Then our eyes met and I kept eye contact for a couple seconds (Thanks for the tip Jeff) and he smiled at me not in an ackward way, but a cute "Hows it going?" kind of way. I think I might like it here after all. If nothing else came from last night, I know now that my feelings are genuine and not just a passing thing like I thought awhile back. I think I might just make a trip up there tonight if I have the time.
