I'm new here (well,I had an account AGGGES ago- RadclyffeGeek- but I changed emails so many times that I forgot all my details) so I want to make new friends :-)
Send me a personal message if you'd like to chat.
I'm 17, from England and a girl.
I like lots of stuff- especially if it's something most people consider odd or geeky, or from way before my time!
OR
You could post a little bit about yourself, and like minded people could PM you instead/also- then YOU get a whole new friend. It'd be lovely :-)

(Hoping this doesn't sound too weird, but I hate being on a website and not really knowing people)

Well I'm 18, from England
Well I'm 18, from England and a girl.
I work in a pub. Will go to university probably the year after next (maybe next September if I have an epiphany as to what I want to do with myself). I also like lots of stuff- some of which I imagine is odd and geeky. Books and music are such ubiqutious interests- but they're what I'm into, along with clothes and old films. Oh and writing of course.
I didn't like The Well of Loneliness though, I definately agree with Virginia Woolf when she says she doesn't know how anyone stayed awake long enough to be offended. Although I suppose it's an interesting 'historical document'. No complaints about Pingu the little penguin though.
So welcome back!
Hey
I remember you. :)
I'm 22, from the Midwest part of the US, and working on the next phase of my life.

Hey! I'm 16, a girl, and from the U.S.
I'm in highschool, which sucks, and have no idea what I want to do with myself. College, obviously--I'm leaning towards Smith College but my parents aren't really into the all-girls thing, so we'll see. I'm not terribly interesting, but I love reading and art and theatre. I'm also a terrible procrastinator.
Uh...that's pretty much it--welcome to Oasis for the second time!
I'm 17. I reside in
I'm 17. I reside in Southern California, but I really wish I lived in Seattle.
I have a crazy obsession with the number 23. [It's a legitimate obsession.] I'm quite fond of writing, and wish I did more of it. Even if it's just journaling. Music is of high interest as well. I play [bass and guitar, little bit of drums] and listen [ie Incubus, Death Cab for Cutie, Emily Haines, Arcade Fire, Metric, Chevelle, etc]. Favorite movie ever: Harold and Maude. It's beautiful and very transcendental.
I'm quite sarcastic in humor. And sometimes immature. =]] Often, actually. For more information on [electricity] press #5 now. Or PM me.
Howdy!
I'm 16 and from Texas. (Just so no one gets the wrong idea, I do NOT say "howdy" normally. No one I know uses that greeting as anything other than a joke.) I'm quite the nerd. I enjoy math and science and will be a doctor someday- no questions about that. On a more interesting note, I also like anime, indie music, and sci-fi/fantasy novels.
Welcome back!
Welcome back!
I feel like we ought to be making friendship bracelets or marshmallows right now.
16 (feels disgustingly young), living in the US, girl, love traditional art, Regina Spektor (who isn't madly in love with her anyway? I have this unreasonable theory that every queer person I know is a fan or vice versa, haven't been wrong just yet), Of Montreal, Metric, Stanley Kubrick, musicals, have a morbid interest in parasites and politics, but am much too lazy and procrastinatory to be anything beyond dull and cranky three quarters of the time. :)
Heyla!
*shakes hand* nice to meet you!
16, girl, California. I'm enjoying High School, and trying to balance my hard classes with sports and friends. I'm rather uncoordinated, and walk into open doors and fall up stairs. (though I'm not quite as bad as some of my friends. funny stories there). I'm a geek as well. Drama queen (though I prefer Drama Empress), dance geek, running geek (if such a thing is possible), and many other subtle variations of geek. And I don't shut up.
