"shaudenfraude" is a German word that means "taking pleasure in the misfortunes of others"
i guess, self-shaudenfraude would mean "taking pleasure in your own misfortunes"?
and if that were "reverse", it would mean... agonizing over your own misfortunes?
i am kinda confuzzled tho... :-S
