Well, I got to talk to Emily! Not roommate Emily, but past crush/sneak-around-and-make-out Emily. I haven't spoken to her since the last day of school (May 23rd or around there) when she broke things off with me and decided she liked the guy after all. So why now initiate communication? Well, first it wasn't me. Well, sorta. You'll hear in a minute. Second, I've been having a lot of dreams about her lately and have been thinking about her.

Anyway, a few days ago I showed up at some girl's house because I had lent her my Kannazuki no Miko DVDs and she didn't seem too excited about giving them back. Emily had been calling her (she's her friend, not mine), but the girl never answered. So, I get to her house and get 2/3 discs. She claims she lent the other one to another girl, so we go to "Molly's" house to see if she was lying. We show up and Molly is on the phone. She says she doesn't have it and then hands me the phone. It was Emily. She was apologizing to me and saying she thought we could trust her friend. So I tell her it's okay and then we leave back to the other girl's house. Turns out the DVD was sitting on her dresser the whole time. Ooh, no wonder it was so hard to find *sarcastic* THAT BITCH TRIED TO STEAL MY DVD! Mwuhahaha, I still got it back! >:D

And today I called and left Emily a message telling to apologize to Molly for suddenly showing up to her house. Then I mentioned that I have one of her book's, so we should get together for a short bit when I take her book back. Well, I called around 1 and didn't get a call. I felt bad cuz maybe she hated me and didn't want to talk to me. Well, she called! She said I could bring back the book, blah, blah, nothing really important to tell you guys. But, then she asked how I've been doing and stuff. I expected this to be a short hello, goodbye convo, but it was 15 minutes! Okay, not long, but still. And then she told me her boyfriend has been creeping her out. That they have been going out for almost 2 months now and he told her that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her! Kinda fast in my opinion. Then she tells me that things with him are feeling off and something's wrong. She sounded confused and she couldn't quite put into words what she's feeling. And then we went and chatted about college and she told me I'm so smart and that I'm gonna do so well and stuff.

So, I don't know if things with Emily are gonna be like they used to be. I mean, things might patch up between her and her boyfriend. But, I'm just hoping I get to see her before I leave (she sounds very interested in doing that). But, I kinda want a little more than just a visit. I dunno. We'll see how things go.
