Love, Hallie

I was going to bitch about camp in this entry.

Instead I'm going to post this link: http://www.lovehallie.org/

I haven't thought about this in so long, but I just got an email from Hallie's sister M.J., with a survey about Hal's Angels (the youth division).

I knew Hallie in elementary school, and it's getting harder and harder to remember her, but she was a great, funny, smart, kind, creative, overall amazing person. I want to see what she would have been like today.

I want to have kept in touch with her despite our being at different schools. I want to have had sleepovers with her, and to discuss writing and music with her. I want to come out to her. I want to have her cell phone memorized and call her at eleven at night when I'm having school drama. I want to see the amazing, beautiful person she would have grown into.

Do something special.
