In 1978, His Holiness, Pope John Paul II, said, “The truth is not always the same as the majority decision.” I believe that it fully applies to us, as gay men and women. The TRUTH, that is to say, gay people are created equal, and deserve all the same rights and privileges as heterosexual people, is not the same as the MAJORITY DECISION, which seems to be that we are 2nd and 3rd class citizens.
One thing I have noticed is that within the last few decades (1970s to present) is the increase in several micronations throughout the world, whether territorial or non-territorial. Nevertheless, they are actual countries. Maybe if enough of us can get together and organize this properly, we could form a new micronation. One where homosexuality is legal, and everything.
