I love techies ^^ did spot for ACS (tech rehersal, more accurately)... but, techies are awesome. Not as much Sherwin, I dun know him so much and he can be snippy... but Zach and Yaffa are just plain awesome. It's really cool how they can be three grades above me and still treat me as an equal and not condescend.... it makes me happy ^^ (Sherwin isn't as good about it.... ah well.) But, yeah. There was a shirtless guy wrestling someone, and Yaffa dragged me down to see (he's her bf, I'm pretty sure... she's bi). And of course, Zach was like, "you're taking a lesbian to see the shirtless guy?" And so for the rest of the time until we started teching, she and Zach were both calling me "Lesbian." As in, "Lesbian, get upstairs, I need you to work the spot." Heh, it was awesome ^^ Plus, of course, after that, I started addressing Yaffa as "Bisexual," and... yeh. Fun. They're really open about gayness (Zach's bi, too... most of the people in their group are un-straight), and it's totally discussable and jokeable. It's really cool. And Yaffa gave me some good advice, too. Can't remember the exact wording right now, and I'm too lazy to type it all up, but it was about not making any decisions for sure, but just going with whatever, and trying everything. My mom said the same thing, except a lot more closemindedly (not that it was really that closeminded when she said it...), and it was phrased really biasedly. But Yaffa's totally allowed to give advice on this, because of her bi-ness. And... yeah. It was good.

Ooh, and Yaffa was dubbed The Flying Prostitute. Yep. And I wanted to go down and get the Muppets record b/c they have a record player and a buncha old records, but Zach wouldn't let me and made me work spot... *tear* And pray with me that I get out of this dumbass Boston trip with my parents next next weekend for the bat-mitzva of some guy I don't even know! Because I really really really need to see and/or tech my school musical.
