Some stuff has been going on in my life. Depression, suicide, death, rape, molestation. Those are some of the words that come to mind... Some not... Lets just say, cops told me that it seemed like I made up the story because I was so upset. The person that did bad things seems nice, and their family is WELL known around here so they can't get into trouble, it could rewen their career. I was told that this site among other sites are monotered by cops 24/7. So, everythign that we write can be tracked down. I cant say anything on here... If I do I will get into big trouble. Were the cops lying to me? I need to talk to friends, but my phone is tapped, and of corse... online is tapped as mentioned before... Were they just trying to scare me into keeping my mouth shut... or, is it like for real?
I havent been on in awhile so, if this is posted in the wrong forum sorry! I miss my friends... I miss you guys so much! But, I can't talk to you if this stuff is true... I need to get it out... I just... If I dont get it out... I dont know how much longer I can go on...
Anyone has access to
Anyone has access to information on the internet, but I dunno if they can really tap you're phone without permission. I think that's protected by some amendment, but I could be wrong. I found this piece of information. I think it'll help, at least a little.
"'Is it (legally) possible to tap someone else's phone without their consent?" The answer is generally no. Law enforcement officers acting under a court-granted warrant, the FBI, or the Attorney General, or one of his agents) are permitted the authority to tap the phone(s) of an individual when investigating certain crimes. There is a small list of private-party exemptions that also are legally allowed. [1] Outside
of these exceptions, the law gives the aggrieved the right to sue for
civil and criminal remedies against "unauthorized interception or the
attempted use of intercepted wire and oral communications." [2] Sec.
2511 of the Omnibus Law (which I've listed in Footnote 1) goes into
some detail about what all this means.

I used to live in a place kind of like that, where the cops let some people offthe hook because they're well-known or really close friends with the police force.
Did they even investigate it?
