Make it casual. Obviously not "ohby the way I'm gay" but quite casual. if you make a big thing of it so will they. o instead just act as if you're already out e.g. pointing out people who are hot, and when they ask you about it just admit you are gay/bi
This works better for friends, you may need to be more serious with family
