I express myself the best through writing. Though I also express myself through music. Either by making it or listening to it. Usually I can always find a song that expresses exactly how I feel at any given moment.

I've never really been into "the arts". It just bores me. Painting, drawing, making music. I don't even like the phrase "express yourself". Just sounds like an arty-farty pretentious pile of crap.

Hmm, does beadwork count as a form of expression? If it does, then that is my favorite form. If not, then I guess just mixed-media and collage.

I think that dance is an excellent way to express yourself, both by using movement and the peice you're moving to.
