could you sound any more attack-y? If someone is asexual then let them be asexual. This community is about acceptance and support. "why would someone be asexual?" does not sound accepting or supporting.

Actually, lots of people...

I know quite a few people who are asexual, some who are in their fifties and are still virgins....It is possible to live without sex, our current culture just makes sex into a bigger deal than it is....I also have to agree w/ the comment either below or above me by psycholesbian, don't be so critical of people who make that choice.

The current, publishable verdict of my identity is bisexual, though I'm still not sure how interested I am in guys, and I'm not sure I'm a girl. So "queer" might be a better term...
