i've come out in two different cases, and it seems just a general pain in the butt to me so I would love if it was assumed that people were either gay, straight, or somewhere in between. that way people wouldn't need to be labeled or come out.

if it was a perfect world we wouldn't need to take the action of "coming out", hell we wouldn't even need to make a point out of not being heterosexual, we wouldn't need to "explain" ourselves to anyone and we wouldn't need to hide who we are. but...it's not a perfect world, only i'm perfect

In my prfect world sexuality
In my prfect world sexuality would be fluid, and the concept of normal sexuality would be destroyed.

i think the fact that we even
i think the fact that we even have to come out, or tell people our sexuality is just absurd. i tend to think of it like this...
one day, my friend and i were talking about the both of us coming out, and i was trying to prove my point about why i thought the whole idea was stupid. so this is what i said.
sexuality is sort of like a blood type. when i'm meeting someone new, i dont go up to them and say, "hi, my name is becca, i'm O positive" it's ridiculous. i know that sexuality is just as natural as our blood type. so why should i have to say "hi, my name is becca, i'm a lesbian"? i just dont see the point.
i mean, if someone asks, of course i'd tell them. but i dont think it should be something that i have to introdce.
she's the mistake i would always gladly continue making
well...in a perfect world eve
well...in a perfect world everyone would be bisexual is my opinion. i mean you wouldnt have to come out and everyone would be capable of liking anyone else.

No one would care, it wouldn't matter, and parents wouldn't try to impress on their young children "Girls marry boys, boys marry girls"

Being gay wouldn't be such a big deal
Everybody would just accept gay people for who they are and let us live our lives without constantly saying things like, "Down with gay marriage! We need to protect straight unions from this abomination!" Either that, or if somebody had a problem with somebody else being gay, then they'd just be honest and tell you that and not freak out or anything.
