don't worry, those feelings get us all down, but it doesn't last forever. we go through many different places in our lives, and even if some suck, others are better, and the sucky places pass. feel better, keep in mind that while your feelings now are certainly valid, they will pass and things will look up. i send lots of cyber hugs.
