OH MY GOD!!
This movie is so f-ing awsome.The best, and I mean the VERY best movie I've ever seen. It made me think, it made me laugh, it even made me cry. (The letter from the lesbian if you must know) It is the most beutiful peice of art I have ever seen. I think I liked the movie just because of how scary it was. I dont think anything like it could happen but still... Made me think about how scary the world could be. If your looking for a good movie, I cant recommend it enough.

i still haven't seen that movie...it sounds friggin' awesome, but when i brought up the idea of going to see it w/ a couple friends, they waited until the weekend and made plans to see it w/o me...sometimes i don't know why i bother...

An utterly suberb movie, stylish and with a well-constructed plot (apart from that bloody love subplot). And I do think it is perfectly possible. There is a potential political atmosphere in the U.K which could easily support such a government, although the fascist element would have to be calmed and disguised.

Seriously one of the best movies ever. Y'all need to read the graphic novel it was based on too.
Quick run-down of differences between the two:
-book had better opening IMO
-book had many more subplots, better script, better character development
-movie had more action, which was good because IMO the book definitley needed more
-movie had much much MUCH better ending than book
-movie had more glbt inferences, turned one of the straight characters
of the book into a gay one, which I liked more.
so they were two different entities born of the same dream.

OH I SO AGREE!!! IT IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MOVIE! That's saying a lot because i watch a ton! Yeah i nearly cried, but didn't both times i saw it. It truly is just so moving!

My friend dragged me to see this movie. I was a little skeptical at first, but now I'm recommending it to everyone!!! This movie rocks!
