At the request of my brain-share partner, (Morgan) I am posting everything I wrote a few nights ago, excluding "Blackened Rose" which I already posted.

Morpheus
Silver shreds of sanguine moonlight
Silver shards within my head
Silver people on the shoreline
Singing softly to their dead
Silent fruit of futile labours
Silent mothers in the dust
Silent shades that fade to blackness
As the ploughshares start to rust
Silver rivers running freely
Silver gypsies dancing there
Silver hearts that melt to nothing
Silver moonlight in your hair
Silent banners drifting somewhere
Silent ships upon the sea
Silent children of the ages
Silent horrors they proudly flee
Silver patrons gilded o'er
Silver pen strokes running free
Silver daggers, cold and steely
Piercing all we do or see
Silent minstrels playing monsters
Silent audiences clap
Silent beads float through the briars
Caught within their thorny trap
Silver strumpets paint their faces
Silver writers scribe their sins
Silver bastards run among them
And pierce their souls with silver pins
Silent travellers shall follow
Silent paths among the trees
Silent families are slaughtered
Dying begging on their knees
Silver blades of boundless fury
Silver blades that start to rust
Silver dust from ancient moonlight
Silver fairies in the dust

Softly, Softly
Pile the earth above my head
Softly, softly
Sing your dirges to the dead
O softly into the evening
Out among the trees so tall
Softly, softly
There won't you lay my heavy pall
O softly into the evening
Within this blessed forest lay
Softly, softly
Through the passing of each day
O softly into the evening
Within the earth, there to decay
Softly, softly
Within this sainted soil lay
O softly into the evening
Beneath the roots of silent oaks
Softly, softly
Never felled by cruel axe strokes
O softly into the evening
Here I rest forevermore
Softly, softly
I have crossed the Angel's door
O softly into the evening

I Want To Go Home
Can you tell me the way home
Silent stranger in the street
Can you tell me where I'm going
Silent angel in the rafters
I want to go home
But I don't know where that is anymore
I've lost the address of that old blue house
I can't see the trees anymore
Can you tell me who I am
Silent watcher in the moonlight
Can you show me where by tears will land
Silent goddess in the Heavens
I want to go home
But I can't find my way anymore
I've lost my bearings in a strange town
I can't see the trees anymore
Can I look into your eyes
To seek my answers
Can you light my path
Silent starlight on the floor
I want to go home
But I've fallen from the path
I've fallen into a steep ravine
I can't see the trees anymore
Can you guide me to the light
Silent sibling in the darkness
Can you hear me
Can you feel me
Can you see me
Distant angel in the rafters?
I want to go home
I don't even know where that is anymore
Can you help me
My silent watcher

Pure White Rose
When I was young I loved a maiden
Fairer than a pure white rose
She was all I ever lived for
I shall die where her blood flows
She was young and chaste and handsome
Like a lily, pure as snow
My hated rival's dearest conquest
Was that she his sweat-stained sheets should know
He was rich and well provided
A good husband, or so she thought
She trusted him with all her beauty
He broke her heart, the ragged sot
She came to me, a subdued figure
Hiding her fair face in shame
Draped in black from head to foot
She bid me never speak her name
I could not bear to see her wounded
I challenged my rival to a duel
Certain was I I would triumph
Against this heartless beast so cruel
We met upon the noontide hour
On the windy barren heath
We faced each other armed and ready
I drew my rapier from its sheath
We met in combat fast and fiercely
Slashing for each other's veins
We traded blows for hours there
But neither would give in to pain
When at last we had some pause
Panting, leaning on our swords
He spoke with barb'd unbridled fury
As if sharp daggers were his words
I rose to meet the devil man
Flailing with my bloodied sword
He brought his blade down hard and fast
And chopped my head down to the sward
My fair maid, my lovely one
She cries here every night you see
She cries for innocent blood twas lost
She cries alone, she cries for me
O mistress dear, weep not for me
My fair maid, my lovely one
Weep not, but think of me
What happened can be not undone

Cemetery Love Song
Won't you walk with me
Walk among the graves
And the little shards of memory
That everybody saves
Won't you stay a while
While everybody grieves
Won't you walk a while
In the silent dead leaves
Won't you come with me
Through the passing years
And the barren silent trees
Devoid of leaves and fears
Won't you talk a while
Of things we used to know
Won't you walk a while
Through the trees covered in snow
Won't you dance with me
Among the stones so dear
Won't you come with me
Forget your foolish fear
Won't you sit a while
Within this stony place
Won't you let a smile
Cross your lonely face
Won't you hold my hand
As we wander through the graves
The beggars and the emperors
The teachers and the knaves
Won't you come with me
Beneath the cloudy skies
Won't you come with me
Let me gaze into your eyes
Won't you sit with me
Upon the frozen hills
Won't you let me hold you
And scare away your chills
Won't you walk with me
For just a little while
The graves would watch our footsteps
While I try to make you smile
